Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is unused or minimally used (less than 25% of the bottle), you have your order confirmation or receipt, and the request is submitted within the 30-day window from delivery date. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product).

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will respond within 48 hours with return instructions. Ship the product back to the address provided, and once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process on their end.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund including shipping costs.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund: products used beyond 25% of the bottle, items returned after the 30-day window, products purchased during final sale or clearance promotions, and gift cards.

Shipping & Delivery

Belle Life ships to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
